Incorporated PTFE: lubricity and anti-adherence
In the deposition process, polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) is incorporated to the chemical nickel’s matrix, producing uniform layers with high lubricity and anti-adherence. This hampers the adhesion of substances to the treated surfaces, facilitating the cleaning and improving factors such as hygiene, quality and machine maintenance time, especially in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
